Booking and cancellation conditions

The cancellation conditions if you have booked without travel cancellation insurance:
- up to 2 months (60 days) before arrival free of charge
- up to 1 month before arrival 40%
- from 1 month before arrival 70%
- from one week before arrival 100% of the booked arrangement price.

 

Check-in & Check-out

On the day of arrival, your room or apartment is ready for occupancy from 4:00 p.m. Do you already know when you will arrive or would you like to be there earlier? Then please let us know. Depending on availability, we can get the rooms ready earlier.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room or apartment by 10:00 a.m.

 

Non smoking house

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. However, there are ashtrays on the room and apartment balconies and on the hotel terrace.

 

Pay

The following payments are possible with us: cash, EC card, MasterCard, VisaCard or prepayment.

 

Reservations

Reservations can be made via the website, by email, by telephone or via various booking portals. With a written feedback and a deposit, we confirm a firm commitment.

 

Travel cancellation

There can always be something in between. We therefore recommend that you take out European travel insurance. You can find more information in our online booking form.
